 The X-factor

No matter how bad is the situation they are facing, people will go through only because they have hope that things will get better. For someone with stage 4 cancer, to be cured is impossible but they still hope anyway. Some people with perfect health and family but is undergoing a depression will lose all hope although physically they are much better than cancer patients. It is a constant battle and hope are invisible to them. Mental problems therefore are more serious than phsycial ones, take care of your mind, meditate! May there will always be hope.
