Dad's Good Side

My boyfriend gave me a surreptitious glance and introduced himself to my dad in the supermarket after he accidentally bumped on him.

“What a coincidence, I love Pringles too!  So much so that I stock a carton of it my living room so I can never run out of stock when watching football.”

“Whose side are you on?”

“Chelsea. You?”

“Come watch with us at the Club Bar sometimes, young man! We need new company.”

I tried to hold myself from smiling.

Now my dad will definately set me up with this amazing young boy he just met.
