Late Bloomer

He was looking at his computer screen so intensely, smiling to himself every now and then.

Is he cheating on me?

He had been ignoring me and grinning at that stupid computer screen like an idiot for a week now.

Whenever I come near to him he will close the screen he was on.

One day, he seems to celebrating victory. Did the girl say yes to him?

“ What is it?”

“I’ll only tell if you promise you would still love me whatever it is.”

Curious, I nodded helplessly.

“ Won the Super-Mario game after 26 years trying!”

Sigh.
