Unreported Incident

Everyone can feel that malaise, heck you can even sense it from a distance  but your mind can never understand their reasoning to not say a word. I wonder what made them so afraid? Don’t they realize if they don’t report, their turn can come on anytime? Do they really prefer to live a few days longer for themselves than to report the incident for the greater good. I wonder what would happen to this world if all witnesses decides to keep quiet and accept things as they are. Either they have strong faith in or they are extremely stupid.
